You can return the received goods without stating your reasons within 14 days by sending back the consignment. In addition, we grant you another 16 days period to return your goods. You therefore have a period of 30 days to return the goods. The period starts on receipt of this information in written form (e.g. in a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before the recipient has received the goods (for repeat orders of similars goods not before the first part delivery has been delivered) and neither before fulfilling our notification duty according to 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Absatz 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only if the goods are unsuitable for packaged forwarding (e.g. bulky goods) you can request for the goods to be taken back in written form. In order to keep the dealine it will suffice to return the goods or the request for the goods to be taken back on time.

Consequences of returning goods
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and if so derived profits are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse us either in total or partially for services received, you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. this does not apply, when the deterioration of the merchandise has been checked like it is possible in a shop. Has the merchandise been damaged through conventional usage, you do not have to pay compensation. Compensation for usage is only due if you have used the goods in a way that exceeds examining their features and functionaliy. That involves checking and trying out goods in a way that would have been possible in any outlet. Goods must be paid within 30 days on receipt of order or on receipt of request that the goods are to be taken back on our side.
