I am a new customer, what do I do?

Ordering is easy! On our website you can order around the clock. If you have questions or need assistance, you can contact us via Email. 

You can find products using our search or navigation. If you have selected a product, you can choose according to the product, color, size, flavor or number of items, and purchase by clicking on the button "Add to Cart".

Click "Go to checkout" at the top right and you will be redirected to the ordering process. If you are already a customer of ours and you have shopped with us before, you can log on by using your access data. If you are a new customer, you can easily create a new account.

On the cash register pages, simply enter the delivery address and choose your preferred method of payment. You can then verify your order before submitting it.

You will promptly receive an E-Mail with the order confirmation. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Availability and stock levels

We try to have as many products available as possible. Products that are in stock are shipped on the same day or latest on the following working day.

Should a product be out of stock, you will see its availablity on the product page.

The selected products and the expected delivery date will appear on the shopping cart page.

Why did I not receive confirmation of my order via Email?

Was the confirmation Email delivered to your spam folder?

If you do not receive a confirmation Email immediately after placing your order, you may have specified an incorrect E-Mail address or the order process was not completed successfully.

In this case, please contact our Customer Service Department. We are happy to help you!

Modify or cancel an order

Simply write us an E-Mail regarding cancellation or modification of the order. Modification or cancellation of an order is only possisble if the package has not been dispatched yet.

Credit Card Payment:

 

You have the option of processing the payment comfortably with your credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Diners. When choosing this method of payment, the invoice amount is charged immediately after receipt of order, even if the goods are out of stock and can only be dispatched within a few days.

Cash on Delivery:

 

Cash on Delivery allows you to make the payment of the outstanding order amount to the parcel service in cash. Make sure you have the appropriate amount available on the day of delivery.

The Cash on Delivery option is available for the following countries: Austria, Germany and Slovenia.

For deliveries within Austria and Germany an additional fee of 5,90 Euro will be charged. For deliveries to Slovenia, an additional 2,90 Euro will be charged.

 

Bank Transfer or Direct Debit:

The order amount will be deducted three days after receipt of order. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account - if not, additional bank charges may occur. The transaction is always processed three days after placing the order, regardless whether the items are available or not. In such cases, there may be a delay in delivery.

Please Note: Bank Transfers may take 1-3 days to arrive at our bank. The transfer time is unpredictable and depends on the time of day you place your order, your bank, and your country of origin. Your order will not be sent until your payment arrives, which can impact your dispatch date. 

Cash in Advance for our customers from United Kingdom:

 

A confirmation Email will be sent immediately after receipt of your order. The Email will include the necessary bank details. Please be aware to specify your order number in the space provided under "reason for payment" otherwise we are unable to associate your order with your payment. As soon as your payment arrives, your order will be processed. This can take up to five working days or depending on your bank.

At the end of the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login with your PayPal account information and confirm your payment.

Your payment will then registered in our system within a few minutes and the order is released for further processing. The invoice amount is charged immediately after receipt of order.

 

Instant Transfer:

 

Instant Transfer is the Payment Network Inc direct credit transfer method. It allows you to conveniently set up a bank transfer during your order in your online banking account. We receive a real time confirmation after the transfer has been made. This way, we can process your order immediately - and you get your purchases faster. With instant transfer payment, the invoice amount is deducted immediately after receipt of order.

Invoice (after third completed purchase):

 

After the third completed purchase order, you also have the possibility to pay via invoice. The invoice is included in your order. After the receipt of the order, you will have 14 days to pay the invoice amount.

Order confirmations - order status

Immediately after placing your order, a confirmation Email will be sent, regardling all the order details. You can track your order status by following the link under "My account" on our website.
